Before connecting, ensure your TX10 Pro Max smartwatch is fully charged using the wireless charger provided in the box.
Press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds.
Wait until the smartwatch screen turns on and boots up completely.
Open the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone).
Search and download the app:
📲 “FitPro” or “Dafit” (based on your smartwatch manual).
[Note: Please confirm the exact app from the smartwatch user guide or packaging]
Go to Settings > Bluetooth and enable Bluetooth.
Do not connect directly from phone Bluetooth settings (unless asked).
Open the FitPro or Dafit app.
Grant all permissions (location, Bluetooth, etc.).
Register an account or continue as a guest.
In the app, go to “Device” or “Add Device” section.
Tap Search/Scan – it will list nearby devices.
Select TX10 Pro Max (or similar name like Smartwatch, TX10).
Tap to connect.
A pairing request will appear on both the watch and phone.
Tap Pair / Allow / Confirm on both devices.
After successful pairing, the smartwatch will sync time, notifications, contacts, etc.
You can customize notifications, alarms, and more from the app settings.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
